Fix Your Mower
Check Your Mower
Before you decide that you think your mower is broken you should check a few things. Make sure that you have enough gas and that the gas has been changed in the past 30 days because gas will go bad after about 30 days. Also check to see if your spark plug is plugged in. The Spark plug is a little wire that is usually in the front of the mower (here are some videos that can help you find and identify the different parts). Also, you should check your oil. To access the oil you must find the other lid (not the one for the gas URL). It is usually yellow and has a nob on it to help you open it. Once you open it there should be a metal stick on the lid which will show you how much oil you have. There should be a marking at the end of the metal stick which tells you how much oil you need. If there is oil above the area you have put too much oil and it there is too little the oil will be under the area. The Synthetic SAE 5W-30 oil is best for mowers.

If That’s not the problem…
If your mower still isn’t working it could be because of multiple reasons. Some of those could be because something in your engine isn’t working, your breaks could be broken, or even your ignition string could be broken. Here are some videos that can help you identify what is broken and how to fix it. If that doesn’t work just give us a call and we can see what we can do!
